International orders processing time until shipped is approximately 1 - 3 business days from the day the order is placed.

Shipments are sent via the U.S. Post Office International Express Mail

Delivery time to your country's custom's department is approximately 3 - 5 business days once shipped. 
Please note that we do not have control over how long packages take in customs.

The cost is determined by what you are ordering and your shipping address, if you add the items and your address to the shopping cart, it will give you the exact cost. US Post Office International shipping rates range between $40 - $100 on average, the larger your order, the higher the shipping costs.

Merchandise marked Special Order are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. Once you place an order with us, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping charges are subject to change due to size and weight. Items labeled Ground Shipping Only are oversized and may have an additional delivery charge, or may not be able to be delivered internationally. If there is any issue with your order, customer service will contact you by email.

We send international deliveries through the US Post Office via Express mail which provides delivery confirmation tracking. Delivery time to your country's custom's department is approximately 3 -5  business days. Once your package reaches your country's customs department, we have no control over the delivery time. Additional customs fees may apply, we have no control over these fees and do not know how much they might be. We cannot and will not label packages as a gift or samples, so please do not ask. International orders that are held by customs and are not picked up by the customer or refused by the customer and is returned to Metamorphic eCommerce, Inc. will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and the customer pays all shipping, return shipping & any taxes due. 

If you are in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or if you use an APO or FPO address, just choose the Ground shipping. It will be sent by USPS Priority mail 3 - 8 business day delivery to your address or APO/FPO box.

We will make every effort to get your package delivered to you by the date you request it. However, Metamorphic eCommerce, Inc. cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping for any reason. Metamorphic eCommerce, Inc. is not liable for any package once it has been picked up from our location by a shipping company. We have no control over how long packages might be held up in customs, we apologize for any delay, our return/ exchange policy will apply to all returned packages.
